Delete your FInvoice Maker account

FInvoice Maker is published by GoCodingnow Studio. You can delete your account and the data stored on our servers at any time, directly in the app on iOS or Android.

Delete your account in the app: open FInvoice Maker, go to Settings → Your data → Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account. The deletion takes effect immediately.

Step by step

Open FInvoice Maker and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Optional: tap Settings → Your data → Export my data first to keep a ZIP of your invoices, PDFs, clients and items.
Go to Settings → Your data → Delete account.
Choose whether to keep local copies of your drafts on this device.
Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

What is deleted

Your account, business profile, invoices, issued PDFs, logo, clients, price list and payment records on our servers are removed when you confirm, and every signed-in session ends. What remains is limited to a deactivated sign-in record, usage records without invoice content, and backups that expire within 30 days. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google: cancel them in your App Store or Google Play settings, because deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email tech@gocodingnow.com from the email address on the account with the subject “FInvoice Maker account deletion”. GoCodingnow Studio will confirm the request from that address and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner. Do not send invoice contents or passwords.
